So Mr. Dithers has finally gotten around to announcing that Canada has a new Governor General - kind of, well, ah, sort of - according to the CBC and the Toronto Star.
I really don’t know much about her except what The Toronto Star is claiming that she is a CBC journalist which seems a bit of an oxymoron to me. I am really having a hard time placing her but I do remember a host on the Passionate Eye who spoke English with such a bad accent that I kept wishing that she would give up and just revert to French instead.
Nor do I comprehend why being a “CBC Journalist” now seems to be a pre-requisite to being the Queen’s Representative in Canada, and frankly, as a tax payer it sends shutters down my arm to what is left in my pocket book that the Liberals have appointed another one. Here’s to hoping that she understands that every penny she spends means there are less pennies I can spend on my family.

Its about the votes in Montreal to counter the Western states and the 'disgusted of Ottawa' who will ahmmer the Liberals when they do allow you to have an election.....
