Rape as an expression of resisting the “occupation”.
This is one of the most perverse expressions of a culture I have read for some time. But then again, if the brutal murder of an unarmed man in prayer is sanctioned - why not rape?
Given that in various passages in the Koran Mohammed advises specifically whom to rape and how and why, it's hardly surprising. I've yet to read any rape-advice in the New Teastament, and while there's some incidents described in the OT of such activity it's more in the form of a narrative than a doctrine of action...
