How on earth did I make the list?

Neale News is carrying the story of a Detroit area woman who tried to refuse a telemarketer solictation for donations. When the telemarketer refused to take no for an answer then she hung up the phone by slamming it down on the hook. Two weeks later she received this letter in the mail:

The letter arrived postmarked from El Paso, Texas. The first lines read, "Before you are rude to another telemarketer, you should keep in mind that he or she has your phone number and your address. Many of them live in your own state and most don't give a (expletive)!"

That got me to pondering what should be my response to this email solicitation from KelvinRichard221@yahoo.com.au:

Dearest in the Lord,
Compliment of the season? i wish you arehealthy.Brother in christ, don't be dismay to get mymail, it is of God's likeness.

I ought to describe myself to you.i'm fromLiberia, as you know and universally known we havesuffered ,due to of civil war and our nationals fled-out of the country and i travelled to Ivory-coast ourneighbouring country in order to escape from the warand rightnow the battle is over and we are trying togo back to our country ,atleast to see whether we will get something.

However,I aspired for assistance to getatleast my transport fare($300)to go back.And withheart-in pain,i loss my lovely parents b/c of thewar.In fact,my dearest ,if i explain my burdens toyou,it is numerous.In fact,I am alive but a dead person is better than me.What encourages me is theword of God which i hear from well wishers and somepreachers saying "God's law shows us a need that onlyGod's grace can supply and also,God's word is thecompass that keeps us on course.
