evil comes with an excuses

Yesterday, a family buried their beloved 13 year old son and another family’s 7 year old son fights for his life in a Jerusalem hospital. There was nothing natural in the death of one boy and the struggle for life in the other - unless one believes an axe wielding terrorist swinging an axe into the skulls of children playing in the sunshine is the natural response when encountering such a situation, and yet, Hamas had this to say in response to the heinous attack on the young boys.
"This attack was committed in the framework of the resistance," said Ayman Taha, a spokesman for the group. "This is a reaction to the continuing occupation and the continued building of settlements. This is a natural reaction, especially against the backdrop of Israeli attacks. We are a people occupied, and it is our right to defend ourselves and to act in every way and with every means at our disposal to defend ourselves," Taha said.

Let me paraphrase – the sight of their yarmulkes made him do it. May G-d avenge their blood.
