Everyone and their grandmother has a 'plan'

In the Israeli-Arab conflict there really are no neutrals, despite the posturing and while it doesn't necessarily surprise me, I remain amazed how literally everyone has a solution...nor lack the chutzpah to offer it. Perhaps, it can be considered fair for the Israelis to offer a 5 point plan for peace to the Chinese as a way of 'resolving' their Taiwanese or Tibetan 'issues'.
