How low will progressives go?

The question in my mind becomes just how low are progressive bottom-feeders prepared to go in this election cycle?

Sarah Palin Is NOT The Mother

For the record, I have had three pregnancies with birthing times running from 34 hours for the first child, 20 hours for the second child, and the third only finished after 44 hours. Oh, did I mention I had a grandmother who gave birth at 50 years of age to her last child and men were still trying to pick-up during her last month of pregnancy?

Normally, I would agree with you, but all the sleaze was addressed directly to Obama - the grown-up. It takes a very special form of low-life to include a smear tactic which involves the teenage daughter of a politican.

Let's not quibble about degrees of vile. I agree, it's vile.

...like Chelsea Clinton.

I never thought it should be open season on anyone's children and have blogged openly on it. Chelsea Clinton should no more be open season than the Reagan children, the Bush Twins, Dick Cheney's daughter or Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol.

Agreed. And the "progressives" who go that route don't speak for all progressives, do they?

Quite, but Daily Pussy is a sleezy kind of blog. I assure you that they can go a little lower still.

Or a brain-damaged 12 year old. Whoops, sorry. They're fair game.

Reach exceed your grasp much there Dr. Dawg? Steyn's piece doesn't even come a close 10th to the despicable smears of Daily Kos et al in the case Bristol Palin.

But here is another difference which no doubt escapes you, Sarah Palin stands on her own, and did not send or use a child to make her political talking points.

Go throll the archives, I don't smear other people's children. Whether it be Chelsea Clinton, the Bush Twins, the Reagan children, Mary Cheney or even the Frost boy. Can you or your buddies say the same?

Well, er, yes we can, as it happens.

Dr. Dawg, I have seen you use compassion but perhaps you should rethink that a little. CC seems to be in your blindspot.

Balbulican, I deleted your comment and I hope in the morning you will rethink your remarks and your tone. This may fly on Canadian Cynic’s blog but it won’t play on mine.

I'm afraid I honestly don't remember what I said, but you've certainly managed to leave the impression that it must have been pretty awful. Good gamesmanship.

I've enjoyed your blog, and I've learned from it. Goodbye.
