Mr. Dither’s missed another opportunity to change his 'cafeteria style fiscal management' and the dead tree pundits are predicting his government will survive to dither another day. They have had their say, so now I will weight in with the Amazonian reaction (and unlike the liberals, I won’t even make you wait till 2009):
So the budget has been presented
And who would have guessed?
It would leave us all so vacant and so deeply unimpressed.
I guess it’s like our visit to the moon or to that other star.
I guess you go for nothing,
if you really want to go that far.
