EATA PETA

Just a quick reminder that March 15, 2007 is the Fifth Annual Eat a Tasty Animal for PETA Day. This year I am thinking a veal roast would work nicely.

    Any excuse for my Osso Buco - Veal shanks! Probably go well with a little grilled foi-gras topping.

Since I do not possess a biological wifi access network, and even if I did, it wouldn't matter since my fingers are not surgically attached to my keyboard - so comments are now moderated.
