Too hot in the strip for the Red Cross

Just how bad is it in Gaza right now?YnetOnline is reporting this:
Following growing unrest in the Gaza Strip among rival Palestinian factions, the International Red Cross suspends all field work in the Gaza Strip; decision comes after kidnapping of three U.N. workers, including two foreigners and a Palestinian by terrorists from Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah group.

It does not take a significant amount of imagination to anticipate what happens to the various Palestinian milita's after the ties that bind are severed with the Israeli's disengagement.
